This has been a crazy busy week, but I'm holding strong. I've done some figuring and if I can keep up at a 5-8lb/week loss for the 3 months I can get another 70-100lbs off by June. :-)
That would be amazing! My next goal is to be under 200lbs by July 1st. Hopefully I can make it a reality. It will be the 1st time in 12yrs I've weighed less than 200 lbs.
So keeping fingers crossed and sticking to my guns. I'm going to make this happen.
