Scale is telling me I gained 5 pounds overnight. Not believing it. I've been deliberately consuming more salt due to working in the hot temperatures. Calories and carbs have been good, getting enough protein and fats. Got a new belt when I started this job 2 weeks ago, and could only buckle it into the 2nd hole. Now it it debatable whether I need to buckle it into the 3rd hole or the 4rth, so I know positive changes are happening.
