I walked for 3.5 hours yesterday with my girlfriend! We walked through the city up & down hills, walked to a pond in the woods & walked around that stopped at a restaurant for lunch & I got a garden salad with grilled salmon on it mmmmmmm! (3.5 hour walk does not include restaurant time). Smart choices woohoo!
