iya kak heavy cream andalan. ini sebenernya menu tumisan jamur d menu rumah (ga keto), trus sy tambahin heavy cream + telur aja biar ada lemak 😁😂

kak @sherlyeii VCO itu Virgin Coconut Oil, minyak kelapa yang proses pembuatannya tanpa pemanasan, zat kimia tambahan, dll hanya dengan centrifugal. termasuk lemak sehat kak makanya dipakai di diet keto.
