I have been struggling due to recent health problems. I now have a new mindset and have promised myself to work through this. Goal focused: record all food eaten, attempt to exercise at least every other day, keep an optimistic outlook. Bev...you can do this!!

I am starting again also we both can support each other. It is all ok that we fell off the diet . Now is a new start and having someone to watch what I am doing helps so much

Yeah, I did this for three days, then said, "F" it for one month, put on 10 solid pounds... and said.. uh.. .maybe I should try again! lolol =)) You're NOT alone ))

i take some pretty intense meds. gained 60 pounds. anyone think i can still lose the weight?

YES WE ALL CAN DO THIS! It's a life style change and a good one at that. We all have setbacks. Believe me I have had many! If you fall, get back up. The right foods and exercise is key. You got this!!!!

Yes! In December of last year, I started on Insulin and Prednisone, two medications that have side effects of weight gain and cravings. I gained 25 pounds in two weeks. I have slowly lost 17 pounds. But I have changed my WOE many times. I started with Keto. Now am using a 1500 calorie, with macros 60% fat, 25% protein, 15% carbs. I watch my sodium because I have fluid retention and drink at least a half gallon of water, more if my ankles are puffy. Good luck in finding your WOE for weight loss.
