I was super bad on my diet yesterday, one full lemon bar and one full raspberry bar PLUS I ate much of what was stuck in the pan. YIKES! However I did do 20 minutes jogging and for much of the time I was going faster than I have been so that was good.
I am finding that if I jog for 5 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 (walking speed) and then ramp it up, I feel like I can just keep on going, but that first 5 minutes is killer!!!
I have my hubby eating salads and going to the gym with me. He's not officially "dieting" but I think he is losing weight faster than I am. What's with that!?!
Not really fair, but I think his body isn't in starvation mode and mine may be. I probably ought to cheat a little bit more to keep my metabolism higher. Just a theory. Calorie counts seem very fuzzy, sometimes I see 1200 for my size as a goal for weight loss, and sometimes 1800. Not sure, but I think I GAIN weight at 1800.
So there you have it. Still just trying to eat less wiggle more!
