August was not a good month dieting. My stress level the beginning was through the roof as my son was hospitalized for a bowel obstruction. Ate hospital food the whole time he was there. A week and a half later we went on vacation. I thought I was doing great and we walked for hours and I didn't lose one pound so I guess what I ate wasn't as good as I thought. I should have taken my measuring cup with me I guess. Since being back from vacation it's been hard to get back on track.
Now that September is here it's time to get back on track. I only have 8 pounds to lose, but those are probably the hardest.
One positive note is I had a job interview with a company that is all proactive with health, so everyone pray I get this position. They have a exercise room, have health advisers that come talk to employees and give advice. With my nutritionist, free exercise area, etc
