Cut back on my bread every day. Put oat and dried fruit breakfast back in (with Banana). Cut down on lunchtime eating.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
