Had bad experience taking back dairy yesterday. Sick all afternoon with stomach ache and diarrhea. Only had butter for evening meal - no cheese or cream. Not sure if I will continue tomorrow. I think I might actually be sick still. Might have to re test. Did gain 1 pound today, but that's pretty normal.
