Am still a little hungry tonight. Was completely satiated after dinner then after my fasting window closed at 7 pm became hungry again. Have to pay attention. Noticed calorie is low….so that might be it. Hope all are doing well today. Fall is coming on quickly in New England. Already down in the 50s at night. OUCH!
