Had a lazy weekend as it was nothing but rain on saturday. Ate to a little over maintenace. Today was much better, got to the gym - started HIIT on the treadmill (every 5 minutes walking, 1 minute of running - total treadmill time of 50 minutes with a 8 minute cool down (decreasing speed each minute). Also started to hit some weights/machines - leg press, military press and curls. Now that I'm down 60 lbs which I have not been at since my early 20's, looking to get into much better fitness.
