At 5 p.m. today I will begin day 7 of my fat fast. I thought I was doing a water fast but have learned otherwise. My goal is weight loss and autophagy. I originally had a set day that I would quit but I've changed my mind and have her set weight when I will quit.
Currently my routine is have salted butter in the morning, about 200 calories. I have salted water for electrolytes. Then all day and all night I have water only about 7 p.m. I have salted water. That's been my routine pretty clothes for 7 days and I've lost 7 pounds. Water fasting is not for everyone. But I was in a plateau for 2 months at 205.4 lbs.
