Friday night . Pats PreSeason game. A good game to watch. Barely won. But even talking sports is like talking politics these days…so I just mention it …by way of what I did tonight. I had some sewing…and I skyped throughout the game with one of my kiddos. My son comes for dinner tomorrow. I have some reading to do. Meeting my challenges here and elsewhere on Keto blogs. Summer is almost over and I am scattered but unbroken…this year. My friendships here sustain me. Hopeful of the future. Have a nice weekend. i will be around and logging. :>)

Protein percentage here looks really good. 🙋🏻 Make sure you keep your water above 64 oz per day and your salt/electrolytes up as well. And realize that the fats you eat are fats you don't burn. Keto is about using moderate protein and low carb, the high fat in the diet is to make you satiated. If you carry extra fat, some of that fat can come from your body once you go into ketosis, in fact, that is the whole point. 🙋🏻
