Just got a body composition monitor, $34.99 from Target. I will use it every Saturday, on which day I will do my weight record for the challenge. I need to get LR44 batteries for my kitchen timer as well, and ProResults Gum Health brush heads for my Sonicare toothbrush; I have a $4 off coupon until 12/31 for that.

Rhills suggested calculator.net/calorie-calculator on one of the forums: "No loss at all after 2 1/2 weeks." I put my weight height, age and that i am female into it and this is what it gave me:
You need 2,104 Calories/day to maintain your weight. 2,104
You need 1,604 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week. 1,604
You need 1,104 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week. 1,104
You need 2,604 Calories/day to gain 1 lb per week. 2,604
You need 3,104 Calories/day to gain 2 lb per week. 3,104
This does not account for my hypothyroidism, though. When my treatment is optimized and i am feeling better, this is what i will be able to eat.
