Numbers good but maybe I am too excited. Blood Pressure and Pulse...pretty bad. Today I will take the good from the bad.

If it was me, the protein would be much higher! LOL After weight loss surgery my surgeon was insistent that we get 50g of protein per day and 64 oz of water.🤷🏻‍♀️
