I really enjoyed my dinner today, the chapatti is homemade, altogether today's calorie intake ( with the yoghurt and berry breakfast) came to 490 calories so for desert I was going to have two squares of dark chocolate (81%) to bring it up a bit but only managed one.
My headache has now gone and I'm feeling fine. I bought some asparagus today though I've never eaten it in my life, I'll try it tomorrow.
