Lovely! I've a pot of summer veg stew simmering while I make our Sunday dinner. That will do my lunches for the start of the week. Have a great evening.

Thanks Phooka, I only just managed to eat it, I would have added tomato but didn't have any in the fridge, that would have made it more palatable
