I stayed home yesterday. No work. I needed some time to have a mental ralxation day. Since I was home, I had so much cravings but did not give in. I ate small portions troughout the day to alleviate the hunger and I am surprised to see that it worked. I started back exercising this morning as well. I am motivated and hope to remain that way.
