Ok so just saw a facebook pic posted by my son of all of us this Sunday when we took a hike.......ugh! I didn't want to believe that was how my body looked! Last summer I was so healthy & had lost 35 lbs. Just to gain it all back because I had a crisis in my life & again turned to food. The biggest change i need to make is learning how to not let food be my comfort.
