Well, just an update for anyone interested. I am now doing 90 pushups and 90 situps every other day. and I am also doing between a 1.5 and 2 mile brisk walk at 12 % incline on my treadmile. I am still trying to take it slow as to not stain anything. It really doesnt help to workout if you are hurt. I still say the biggest thing helping me is the elimination of any soft drinks and only drinking water.
