Happy Friday everyone - there was a potluck at work, cake, cheesecake, all the good stuff. Stuck to my planned meal and my #1 rule of "no snacking between meal" which has really helped me on my journey. That and getting rid of my bigger clothes. I like to say that now that I've lost the weight/fat, I have no intention of finding it again. Have a great weekend.
