I weighed myself for a challenge on Aug 9th. I was down 2.4 lbs from Aug 6th. I have been scrupulous about logging but i have been cooking a lot these past few days. I have confided in you members . I have conferred with my daughter ( she is on Keto too) . Yet I still have a running fear of the Scale (Sunday - Aug 13th). I have meditated . KCKO!

Judy you are doing so great! If weighing in on Sunday is so scary, then don't. Use your weight from Aug. 6th. I cannot weigh in more than once a week because that gives my scale too much power. It is an inanimate object; it has no heart, no soul. It cannot judge you, it cannot post your weight on the Internet for all to see, it has no sympathy or empathy. It was invented to only measure one thing at one small moment of your day. IT does not measure your health, your spirit or all the other things that are improving in your life because you chose to live and eat healthier. Keep meditating and stay with us, girl! You can WIN this marathon!!

Nice! Your macros are looking like what I've been doing. Feels so good to have net carbs low. And, ditto everything Horseshu1 says about the scale. You're doing great, regardless of that thing on the floor.

Keep up the good work. I weigh in every time I have a loss. It can be a day, 2 days or whatever. Our weight fluctuates daily due to what we eat and the exercise and don't forget if you have not moved your bowels. Well the scale weighs everything and sometimes it is not all weight gain and it does not mean no loss. You are doing good.
