I did it!!! I realize it's only one day, but it's the first day in two months!! I went to the gym and worked out. I've worked out very little in the past two months, just walking my dogs or bowling. I've been lazy and I knew it. Finally, something clicked and I had the motivation to go today and workout just the way I like. One and a half hours of exercise and although it tired me out - I fell FANTASTIC!! It was a well rounded workout, they way I used to do it before I let the holidays make me lazy. Extreme cardio, calisthenics, circuit training and I topped it off with a great swim. YAY!

Good for you!! I miss the gym, I will again have the gym, once the babes are in school all day, that is first on my to do list, and swimming I am so jealous, I love the water, I have been in a pool since grade 9.... I wish I had enough nerve to just do it!! Maybe in another 30lbs or so lol

Forget the numbers - jump in the water. Never let your weight keep you from enjoying yourself. I'm over 350 lbs and I went swimming.
