Food numbers look good today. Hesitant, about weighing in tomorrow for a Keto challenge I am doing on Reddit. I will weigh in . .. but I always get queasy about the scale, especially, after a gain . No matter how small the gain. I am just venting here. I will do that small thing that I need to do to stay in the challenge...I just wish I felt better about it.

Well that's how it is for me today. Lots of good in my life...no good reason to fret. Plus, I have all of you. Thanks for being here.
