feeling really positive about my change of eating habits this week. I had really got into a habit of biscuits with tea (every time) and just eating what I wanted. I dont have huge portions but just the wrong things! this past week, I have probably eaten more food than I have for a long time, but just completely changed what I have eaten. porridge with soya milk every morning, then two meals that are made fresh and are just mainly fish, veg and brown rice. no processed food at all - no cake, no biscuits, no bread, no chocolate (my usual staple diet lol). I have limited my dairy to bio yoghurt and the odd egg (ive even managed to avoid cheese!!) I'm considering everything I put in my mouth and recording it - it's amazing how you then consider if the item you know is going to cost you 300 calories is reallt worth it. I've lost 6lb this last week. I know this will slow down this week but it has given me the start I needed.

Kicking processed food into touch is a good move. I work to eat real food, if there's a list of ingredients it's not as nature intended. Well done on the weight loss

Well done on making good choices. I sometimes record something I'd fancy eating, only to discover the amount of calories it contains. So like yourself, thinking is it really worth it? Given a positive start is the best motivation. 💪🏼👍🏼
