Today should be called cookies! Cause thats what i eat! 6 CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! I hate to sound like a whining whimp, I went home and my little brother bought a box of my fav cookies and I caved...BIG TIME! Going to work out extra hard tomorrow morning and make tomorrow better. I gave in knowing I'd feel bad! This is the relationship I have with food that isnt healthy! I need to establish a healthier relationship with food, where I can have one cookie and not binge! Any tips on how to over come temptation? I wasnt hungry just wanted the SUGAR!!

There is no magic to over come temptation, unfortunately... It will be you, only you and your willpower, who can win the fight. Indulging once in a while is not the end of the world, of course. One thing I started to do, and that works for me, is when I want something to eat but I'm not hungry, I say "NO" to myself, loud and clear. And I try to walk away from the tempting food...
