Your meals look delicious!!! I try to cook wiser, but my husband loves his fried, breaded food so I try to cook for him and cook what I need. lol. It's difficult at times, but I'm trying.

Yeah it's a struggle. Our mom wasn't big on eating everything we cooked at first but now she's lost more weight than we have! The great part about the rhese thing sliced chicken breast is you could do a light coating of flour and pan fry his while you cook yours without the flour.
One of the other things we love is smothering our grilled chicken in cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup! Gives it great flavor and switches it up from being the same old boring chicken.
