LOL Bill, whatever works for you. I would do the fajitas with no steak, some well seasoned beans, more veggies and a fresh Mexican store made tortilla, definitely not low carb. Try cauliflower roasted tossed with a bit of olive oil and fenugreek seeds, leftovers are also good cold.

I don't know why, but I have never been a fan of tortillas. Possibly because I didn't know you had to heat them up first. LOL! That is not too shabby, though, as far as the fiber content. I heard the Tortilla Factory makes good low carb tortillas, too. I can't find them around here.
