I'm having chicken tomorrow but I don't know what sticky chicken is... it looks yummy!

this version of sticky chicken equal parts garlic powder chili powder ground cumin paprika also ground pepper a bit of salt....make a rub and coat skinless thighs by hand ( dumping them in a plastic baggy requires much more ingredient to coat) 2- then quick sear for 2- 3 min each side on stovetop in a bit of oil. 3- mix cider vinegar and honey . 4- place seared thighs in baking dish (spray w. non stick) . pour honey/ vinegar over. Bake at 420°F for 20-25 min basting and turn halfway through. let rest 5- 10 min and the glaze will thicken before serving

I do love food. haha. the carrots, I tried something and it was an interesting twist. Soak your carrots in lemon/lime water or even diet lemon/ lime soda. before roasting in oven( coat lightly with a little cooking oil) drizzle with a little honey.
