Went for lunch to grandma's old-style Italian bakery/cafe. Had southern Italian sausage and veal cutlet with tomato sauce. Left feeling lighter than I went in. Sounds hard to believe. Why is that? No sugar added and I left out the carbs. Took me back to my childhood when meals were simple and wholesome like this. Yes, both the sausage and the veal are healthy. I don't concern myself with the fat, because it comes naturally from the animal and nothing is deep fried. Felt great and still do.
