Aug 1st: Did not weigh-out on Tues Aug 1st as energy was very low all day and throughout a short trap workout. Drank 3 gallons of water and managed to eat consistently from 9 am until 2:30 am (~7-10 g carbs over 24 hr period).
Aug 2nd: Energy levels were excellent all day and likely the result of depletion of glycogen stores and potentially entering into ketosis from the lack of carbs (~7 g all day). Drank 3.5 gallons of water and managed to still cut 1 lbs from the July 31st weigh-out.
