Lost a little more weight, and my measurements are still improving:
Widest point of upper arms:an astonishing 9, down from 13. definitely more definition when flexed and more strength and endurance when working! Now if only I could do more than 1 pushup :(

Widest point of upper leg: now 19.5 down from 21 and 23 before that.

Widest point of hips over fat pad tummy: Yes! down to 38.5 from that stubborn 41.5 to 42 inches.

Hips under tummy: 37.5, down from 41.

Chest(rib cage:29.5 down from 33 and from 34 before that.

Waist: 30.5 down from 33 and from 36 before that.

I'm starting with wall push ups, and have worked up from like, 2 of them, to 20-23 of them in a set , 3 times every day or 2. Some days I can't do them from the day before, and do not want to risk hurting muscles I am also using at work. I am trying to do them with feet further out from the wall as I get better at them.

Able to do 28-33 sit ups in a minute, up from 14 when I started,
30 squats, from 22 when I started (I do a lot of squats at work) and have no problem climbing ladders continuously, though wow, even without carrying things up them THAT is a cardio workout, as good as serial squats!

I've improved my quarter mile walk/jog from 4 minutes and 40 seconds, the first time I did it about a week ago, to 3 minutes and 22 seconds.

Over all, I am very happy with progress. 3 of the pairs of pants I bought for this new job a month ago, for work that I can no longer wear, even with a belt. Washed them up and am giving them to the food pantry closet when they are open next week. They helped us when I was on unemployment, and our stamps case took months to approve.

I have 2 other pairs that I think I can work with the elastics in them one more time, but I am already praying I will be able to get cheap replacements in a smaller size. I may be working, but I am not making much more at all than I was on UI in this job. Those 2 are now so loose I could wear my foam knee pads UNDER them if I chose. I am grateful that I can wear them over the knees to, lol, help keep my pants from falling down!

I'm going to absolutely hate leaving this job. I have a great team, like my sup's, the work is fun, fast paced and engaging, and it is an awesome way to stay fit. I feel great all the time, and have much more energy than ever before - well going back to when I was single and swam, dug, shoveled snow or cycled hours per day! But our family needs more money. Very deep sigh.

I saw something the other day I have not seen since my first child was born: abdominal muscles. Not a 6 pack, per se, ha ha, but the edges of the top half of the box that would hold the 6 pack. Annnd that stubborn fat pad blocking the bottom half of the box.
