Almost forgot today's journal. Yesterday's day was another 10,000+ step day. Great workout on the treadmill. Then this morning, I decided to go for a ride on the bike (at the gym.)
I only did 20 min's on the stationary bike at about a level 10 avg, and it was quite difficult I must say! Now, I don't know anything about bike riding. It was only about 4 miles, and an avg of 80rpm's (I think that's what it said.)
Is this good, bad, ridiculous? I don't know...but I liked it. I pictured myself riding outside, and just enjoyed the ride.
Then I did about 25 min's of hand weights, and a couple of machines...and I was feeling overly tired...so I knew I was done!
I think tomorrow will be a rest day.
