Terribly disappointed but probably shouldn't be. Took a cheat meal tonight. Last night I'd spoken of sodoum. Tonight we ate at a new little chain Greek restaurant. It was good. Considering its hard to find much ethnic food places. But I glanced after the fact and see I've consumed a days worth of sodium in one casual and seemingly healthy meal. I won't name name unless someone asks. If I had known I'd have chosen a different meat. But also- 6 oz. of lentils well over 300 mg. Outrageous.
On the other hand; went to have routine labs. things look fine. Scheduled some other things. No clue as to what will happen with the job I had thought I had in the bag. Still scanning for another one. meh. I maybe shouldn't peek after I cheat. eh 😝
