I made it through the weekend! So many challenges. Did not blow my plan once. Friday came off 3 day fat fast and I am pleased and surprised at my results since the fast. So far only gained back 1 pound since fast. I did lower my daily calorie goal (I started at recommended 1900 then lowered to 1400) to 1000 calories - same as my fat fast and it seems to be working. Feel great and blood sugar hasn't spiked back up! In 3 days I will be camping with friends and grandson. My challenges are avoiding stress, maintaining regular schedule (supplements, meals, portion control, saying no to bad carbs and maintaining reasonable sleep schedule)
