Hi Cimler,so happy you are my buddy.I know we can help each other.
Thank you asking.
Well my first day went well on OWl,I felt extra stuffed with more veggies but managed to get them in.I concentrated so much on that,I fell short on protein.Today I'm doing a little more thinking about it.
Recorded veggies and protein first so I can know where I'm at. I'm preparing myself for my 10 cruise which will be a challenge.I know what they have so the choice is mine.I think I'm becoming scale obcessor, seems thats the first thing I go when I get up.I know better,
the scale doesn't tell the whole story,so I'm only going weigh once a week,every Monday. I will weigh this Friday being I'll be gone 10 days
