I am back after several months of not very closely following any regime. I have nine pounds to show for it. I resolve to track my food, get my butt to the gym at lunchtime, and to purchase some workout cd's to get my blood flowing after work. My nephew is also putting together a softball team and hopefully old auntie can get into good enough shape to run the bases.
