Still having excess digestive gas. Not breaking down my fats well enough. My bilirubin was 0.4 and the range is 0.2-1.2. It's at the very bottom of the normal range. This is a component of bile that gives it its yellow-brown color. Bile helps break down fats. So I am not digesting my fats well, hence the gas. I also can't convert thyroid hormone, another job the liver does. i don't go as often as i should and have constant pain on my lower left abdomen. i don't go as often as I should. My doctor suggested I try Gas X, but it didn't help. So he is going to refer me to a GI doctor in my area and my mother happens to see this doctor as well, and knows he is good. So I will be going for a GI consult in the near future to figure out my problems and get advice from him on how to deal with them. Also, my metabolite for my anticonvulsant was high, so I think my liver might not be breaking it down.

If my liver doesn't work, none of my other problems will be healed or controlled. I am still pretty tired, despite being on Nature-Throid. I am a little cold still as well.

Also, I want to get a NutriBullet Lean, but can't afford it right now. If I get it direct, i can save $30.
