Yeh ! Had about 35 net carbs yesterday along with 1200 calories those Atkins meal bars are really helping me ... they make me feel full plus taste good I'm eating chicken salad With Olive oil mayo.egg whites with turkey bacon a few strawberries and still had a slice of that yummy low carb bread 🤗🤗
