I have another non-scale victory! Just started back to yoga practice recently -in June. Hadn't done much since last December. Lost much of my progress ...was wondering if I could recover...at least to where I was before. Much regret/ I couldn't even cross my ankle over my thigh ( left or right). Well today , I made it back to that stretch. I was able to lift and hip stretch both legs. Admittedly , there is a further part of the movement - to forward stretch over my crossed leg ...but I now have hope. Keto and FS members--my thanks again. TYG
