I am grateful I found a solution to kick my plateau. I am using a science based program that has me eating according to my metabolic rate. Since I started I have lost 22 lbs of fan and gained 10 lbs of muscle Only about 12 lbs on the idiot but a huge body composition change! 32 days until World's I can't wait to see what my DEXA results are in about 4 weeks!
