After sitting out for a few days do to lingering issues with pulled muscles. I did try to restart my workout again today. I did get through 50 crunches and 60 situps plus a 2.0 mile brisk walk at a 12% incline. I actually got 50 crunches in but wanted to take it a little slow as to not hurt myself. I am still drinking nothing but water which I believe is contributing greatly to my weight loss. After a month of just drinking water everything else just taste like sugar..nooo thanks. The best to all who have been following me I wish you the best of luck! DO NOT GIVE UP!! 1 day at a time and if necessary, 1 hour at a time. Now get back to work, Summer is comming.
