Amia1013- glad I could help! The recipe uses coconut flour and you can taste it - they are great with cheeses and especially cream cheese, but smoked salmon- not so much! 😉

Bluecoaster, where do you buy your coconut flour? Is it just me, or do most places price it really high? Really want to buy some (have for over a year now), but it's always a small bag, and they cost at least $14 for one!

Emerald- The bag I have right now is from Trader Joe's and I've had it for a while- but it seems like it was about $8. Maybe try that.

Everybody- here is a low carb bagel recipe online that is really supposed to be like the real thing- I personally stall big time with all that almond flour and cheese. My bagels (above) don't stall me but this recipe looks amazing for those of you who have weight loss success despite eating several ounces of cheese daily- I personally might be able to use these for maintenance:
