Got myself Lactaid milk and Lactaid low-fat cottage cheese at Big Y. Will Get Egg Whites at BJ's and Lactaid milk there in the future. Just got to finish up what Silk almond milk I have. Will continue to buy the minute Maid Low acid orange juice and Lactaid cottage cheese at Big Y. Cannot find Lactose-free Greek yogurt anywhere in my area that doesn't contain added corn starch or carageenan, like Yoplait's does. Do not want to go to Shelton or New Haven for that, as those are the only 2 natural foods stores in my area. Common Bond Market in Shelton and Edge of the Woods Market in New Haven. So, if I can't find the yogurt i need nearby, I won't be using Greek yogurt in my program.
Does anyone know how to add lactase enzymes to Greek yogurt to make it lactose free?

It's a little pricey but drug stores sell the lactaid pills which contain the lactase enzyme and you take them before you eat dairy. They saved my childhood, as I grew up lactose intolerant

Even with the Lactaid supplements, i can only eat 1/2 cup at a time. I buy them at my wholesale club. I want to put the enzymes into regular Greek yogurt to digest the lactose for me, but am not sure how to do it correctly.
