Up some. I ate after 8 pm and fell asleep before 3 hours had passed. Other than that, everything was according to plan so I expect some bounceback in tomorrow's weigh in. I also forgot my potassium last night so I'm feeling sluggish today; that and a lack of sleep. Looking forward to my week off next week, even if I have an outpatient procedure on Tuesday.
