got my test strips today for my ketosis levels. It turned purple which is not one of the colors on the bottle, so I am going to do it again in the morning. I also got my almond and coconut flour, going to try garlic and cheese crackers in the morning, very low carb. Using yogurt instead of sour cream in the crackers. I was able to buy chocolate butter and need something to spread it on. Not weighing again until Monday. But I do need to try harder to stay under my calories I am allowed.
