After a long break and a lot of weight gain I am back after it and on track. Monday night I started the Ketogenic diet. 2 1/2 days later I am already down 5 lbs. I am kind of skeptical that it might be all water weight since I just started the diet. I guess we will see if I am still losing as fast in another week.
