Feeling the best I've felt in a while. I was hungry late last night again. I kept to my plan and didn't go over my calories or carbs. Every time is a mini victory and until I wake up in the morning the next I do not celebrate. Too many times in the past I would let my guard down only to sabotage myself when I least expected it. I'm also reading Wheat Belly now.
