awesome! Good Job, how do you feel afterwards???? I keep a journal of how I feel before and afterwards and that is posted on my door to my basement (where my gym is) so when I feel to tire to do anything I can remind myself that the exercise will give me energy. Kinda corney but its the little things.

Good idea Wolfie! Seeing something to motivate you is much more effective than just telling yourself how good you'll feel! I know if I think about skipping a day I beat myself up ALL DAY for not doing something, however small, even just some stretching or quick .5 mile run or walk...
