Little anxious considering Thursdays impending medical appointment. Don't get me wrong, I've lost weight and the fact that he entertains a LCHF/Atkins WOE is a plus; but, have I lost enough? Will he prescribe something else? (BTW, the Mediterranean Diet is the only one endorsed by the Veterans Administration) Guess I got to wait and see.
